05/2004 - present - Interpretor volunteer at the Seattle Aquarium - 250 plus hours volunteered at the Seattle Aquarium as an interpretor with special emphasis on weekly presentation on the research done by the Aquarium with six gill sharks.

5/96 - present - Founder and continuing leader of the Seattle HTML SIG - This group has served as an ongoing networking source for those interested in having a web presence and has involved multiple presentations on a wide variety of issues important to web developers both from myself and other speakers that have been invited in.

11/99 - 2003 - Previously bid chairman and now Vice Chair of an 1800 to 2500 person science fiction convention. Westercon 56 will take place July 3-6, 2003, in SeaTac, Washington. Westercon 56 is a Seattle Westercon Organizing Committee (SWOC) converntion. SWOC is a 501C3 organization with an educational focus.

1998 - 2001 - webmaster for KEGS for initial three years of site and a year on the board of directors - Komputer Enthusiasts of Greater Seattle is a 501C3 organization involved in setting up a computer lab for a senior citizen center, providing computers via Easter Seals and other areas of education for the computer community. http://www.kegs.org
